POLICIES AND GUIDELINES:
SHIPPING: Most orders will ship within a turnaround time of 1-2 weeks. If an item is a preorder or backordered, that will be clear when you check out and will ship within the time frame estimated on the item listing itself. After receiving the email with tracking, it may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
RETURNS: Due to a high rate of fraudulent returns, we do not accept returns as a general rule. Please reach out if you have a problem with your order and we will do all we can to rectify it!
CANCELLATIONS: If it's been more than 24 hours since you placed your order, we cannot process a cancellation as your item will be in the queue for packaging and shipment. However, if there's an issue with your order please reach out ASAP and we'll see what we can do!
