I am writing a second review as I am unable to edit my first. My package finally arrived, but I still have yet to hear back from the seller on any of my inquires. The customer service has been awful, but the bag is beautiful. Others may have better luck just sticking with purchasing from in store if they’re able to.
I am updating my last review I got my bag! It is super cute! Bee also included some cute orange bird stickers! I wish the time frame would be updated on the site to 3-4 weeks and that emails were responded to. Other than that I’m obsessed with this bag and can’t wait to wear it on my trip next week!

I did not receive this order. A shipping label was created and the carrier never received the order so I never received the order.
It’s really upsetting. I want what I bought. I have waited such a long time and nothing.
I understand she works alone, but customers deserve better than this.
