Orange bird designer faux leather bag

I have reach out a few times about when my order would be here. Its been 4 weeks since i ordered. Tracking was sent last week, but still shows its awaiting pick up. Very unhappy with the customer service as no answer has been given to any of my emails sent. My wife even tried reaching out in instagram

Not only is this bag super high quality, but it's my favorite design in my whole collection! The bag is lightweight, has a convenient inside pocket, and an adjustable strap. This is now my go-to crossbody bag. As an Orange Bird enthusiast and Disney-themed bag collector, it's perfect!
